Farming activities
Our Farm is a diversified farm producing local food in the fertile vocalnic soil of Lam Dong Province, Vietnam. We combine the expertise of both Vietnamese local farmers and Taiwanese agronomists. Our team are dedicated to providing people with food that is both beneficial to the people who eat it and the enviroment in which it is grown.
Our Farm is a 31 hecta (75 acre) farm. The vegetables are planted on the high mountains of 1000 meters above sea level. Our strict growing standards ensure the purity of the product.
We believe that everyone should be eating food that is nutritious, delicious and safe. Our system makes sure to make this happen.
We combine modern technology and farmers expertise to achieve a bumper crops. Our vegetables are harvested all year round and we do crop rotation to allow the quality of the soil to recover.

Over years, we gain knowledge and build a wide network of Vietnamese produce suppliers. We are passionate about looking for the best raw materials when we are not able to grow our own because we believe that only the best ingredients can bring about best products.

WE PICK AT THE SOURCE
It might take more than a few trips to the farms, but getting to know your vendors is the best way to ensure we will be getting the absolute highest quality ingredients. The market is, by nature, a very social setting. Talk to people and understand how they are growing their food and compare prices for the same products at different vendors.
Over years we have developed a relationship with our farmers, they do not only be more willing to help us get the best prices, but they let us know when things are in season and when they aren’t.
This is important knowledge, and is the basis of how we plan and meet our customers' requirements throughout the changing growth times.
QUALITY OF VEGETABLES
We have a long term contract with SGS to help us test for a wide range of pesticide residues in food to ensure that we comply with the maximum residue levels (MRLs) set by many countries.
With an increasing number of pesticide residues now being controlled, you can trust us to stay up to date with the latest regulations.
